Our headshot sessions can take place at your workplace, your office, your building, or somewhere in the city with recognizable elements that can be associated with your company’s identity. We also work in the studio per request, especially in case it’s too cold, as winters in New York City can be.

During the session, we will work with each person to get various shots within a particular location or in the studio. There will be an initial selection created on-site according to our client's preferences. Those selects will be edited afterward and delivered within 2 days for individual assignments and a week for larger teams.

For individual headshots, we recommend a 45-minute session per person. In the case of larger teams, we provide rates per person and we can work with the office manager to create a shooting schedule. We know it can be hard to get a whole team on the same day, so we are happy to work on different dates or reschedule up to a day before the shoot in case something unexpected comes up.

We will give recommendations for poses and attire unless your company has a specific dress code. We usually prefer that our clients use hairstyling or make-up according to their preferences, but we would be happy to recommend a hair and make-up stylist to provide help before and during the session.
